The following items are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange: discounted and promotional items, food items, any personalized goods.
After receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase amount as store credit.
We take great care to package your items to ensure they arrive safely. Please kindly pack fragile items with the protective materials that you received with your package. Please also note that items must arrive at The SEK Collective as undamaged, unwashed, and unused or they will not be eligible for a return or exchange. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
